Yes, Supernatural creator Eric Kripke knows about the sheer volume of erotic fan fiction inspired by his hit CW series -- and, if anything, he's flattered by it.

"I am aware of it. Can't say I've read much, but I take it as a compliment -- fans digging the world and wanting to explore it!" he shared during a Reddit AMA about his new Amazon series The Boys.

However, he did reveal the one exception. "The one I did read: someone wrote me into some erotica, where I was a hard-driving producer who threw a bag of coke at Jared [Padalecki] and then proceeded to bend him over the table and fuck him. I read it and I was like: 'Nice! Look how assertive I am!'" he added.

Kripke launched Supernatural back in 2005. He stepped down as showrunner in 2010, following the Season 5 finale, but continues to serve as an executive consultant on the series. This fall, the show will enter its fifteenth and final season.

Since then, Kripke co-created Timeless, a time travel series that aired on NBC for two seasons. Now, he works on The Boys, an adaptation of Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson's comic book series of the same name. The Boys is available to stream on Amazon Prime.

Returning Thursday, October 10 at 8 pm ET/PT on The CW for its final season, Supernatural stars Jensen Ackles, Jared Padalecki, Misha Collins and Alexander Calvert.
