An Amazon listing for an upcoming DC hardcover reveals that the Man of Steel will lead another superhero team in Superman & The Authority.

The hardcover releasing on Nov. 16 shows the creative team as writer Grant Morrison, artist Mikel Janin and colorist Jordie Bellaire. Janin and Bellaire's cover features Superman in a modified costume as he looks at a display board of his Authority colleagues: Manchester Black, Midnighter, Enchantress, O.M.A.C., Apollo and Natasha Irons.

Clark Kent is currently spinning out of DC's Infinite Frontier with a new creative team for Superman and Action Comics. Phillip Kennedy Johnson will pen both series as he is joined by Phil Hester and Eric Gapstur for "The Golden Age," which spans Superman #29 and Action Comics #1029. Both issues will feature "Tales of Metropolis" backup stories, with Sean Lewis and Sami Basri handling Superman and Becky Cloonan, Michael W. Conrad and Michael Avon Oeming handing Action Comics. After "The Golden Age," Johnson will pen both Superman and Action Comics, with art by Scott Godlewski on the former and Daniel Sampere on the latter.

Coincidentally, DC also teased a secret Superman project in the works from Johnson and Mikel Janín, though this may not be Superman & The Authority since Grant Morrison is listed as the writer instead of Johnson. Authority member Midnighter was also featured in Superman backup stories during Future State, which preceded Infinite Frontier. Future State: Superman - Worlds of War #1 dropped a major hint in a Midnighter backup that The Authority would be returning in a huge way.
