The CW has released the synopsis for "Man of Steel," the upcoming Superman & Lois episode helmed by Arrow star David Ramsey.

"Man of Steel" is set to air on Tuesday, May 25 and will be the second episode of Superman & Lois to air following the DC show's mid-season break, following May 18's "Broken Trust." According to the synopsis for "Man of Steel," the episode finds Clark having a hard time helping his son, Jordan, who himself is "grappling with a new power." Elsewhere, Lois recruits Clark to help her with something, which "leads to a surprise encounter."

DAVID RAMSEY DIRECTS THE EPISODE – Clark (Tyler Hoechlin) struggles to help Jordan (Alex Garfin) who is grappling with a new power. Meanwhile, Lois (Elizabeth Tulloch) enlists Clark’s help which leads to a surprise encounter. Emmanuelle Chriqui, Jordan Elsass, Dylan Walsh, Erik Valdez, Inde Navarrette and Wole Parks also star.
