The CW's official trailer for Superman & Lois Season 2 promises action, family drama and even a Teen Wolf reunion.

As the trailer opens, we see that Clark Kent (Tyler Hoechlin) and Lois Lane (Elizabeth Tulloch) are having marital problems. "Things haven't been okay for months," Lois tells Clark. "And I've been blaming you." Lois' father, Sam Lane (Dylan Walsh), even comes by to check on her, saying, "Always something to worry about, isn't there?"

Clark questions whether or not Lois' woes stem from Natalie Irons (Tayler Buck), the daughter an alternate version of Lois had with John Henry Irons (Wolé Parks) back on his Earth. Lois asserts that this isn't the case. Nevertheless, Clark and Lois' issues are not lost on their sons, Jon (Jordan Elsass) and Jordan (Alex Garfin).

Speaking of the Irons family, things aren't exactly going smoothly for them either. At one point, Natalie criticizes John for joining forces with Superman, which is unsurprising, given the fact that an alternate version of Supes laid waste to their Earth. Meanwhile Superman runs into conflict with Lt. Mitch Anderson, played by Hoechlin's former MTV Teen Wolf co-star Ian Bohen.

"You're more of a liability than a hero. I asked you to be part of my team," Anderson tells Superman. The Man of Steel replies, "What you asked for was my allegiance to America." Anderson says that Superman "refused," to which Supes exclaims, "Because I gave it to the world a long time ago!"

Back on the home front, there appears to be some sort of affliction plaguing Clark, much to Lois' concern. Clark isn't entirely off the hook, however, as Lois also chastises him for leaving Jon home alone with his girlfriend, which goes exactly how one would expect. Lois makes her concerns clear during another conversation with her father. "This is a national security situation," Sam says. Lois replies, "No, it is a family situation."
