A casting call for the Supergirl spinoff starring the Tyler Hoechlin's Man of Steel and Elizabeth Tulloch's top investigative reporter, Superman & Lois, has surfaced online. The casting call for the pilot episode is looking to fill the series regular roles of two young teens with the placeholder names of Matthew and Ethan.The roles of Matthew and Ethan are both looking for someone between the ages of 13-16 years old to play Caucasian 14-year-olds boys. However, that is where the similarities end. Matthew is described as a "physical specimen," who is "Clean cut, modest and kind-hearted, with an aw-shucks attitude." As for Ethan, he is "a young Leonardo DiCaprio who has an inherent darkness to him." Ethan is intelligent with a "mercurial temperament" and social anxieties who likes to spend his time playing video games over interacting with people.

The last call for submissions is December 11 by 9 a.m. PST, which only leaves one more day for actors to get their submissions in to join The CW series.

The CW's Superman & Lois stars Tyler Hoechlin and Elizabeth Tulloch. The new Arrowverse series is expected to debut during the 2020-21 TV season.
