With Supergirl Season 5 coming to a premature end due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the first set of official stills from the new season finale have been released.

Titled "Immortal Kombat," the photos reveal Kara regrouping with Lena Luthor at her apartment while Lex meets with the ageless Leviathan commanders Rama Khan and Gamemnae. The season finale is directed by series star David Harewood.

Supergirl (Melissa Benoist) realizes that in order to stop Lex (guest star Jon Cryer) and Leviathan she must work with the one person she never thought she'd trust again -- Lena (Katie McGrath). Nia (Nicole Maines) keeps dreaming about Brainy (Jesse Rath) but struggles with what the dreams are trying to tell her. Meanwhile, Brainy realizes there is only one way to stop Lex. David Harewood directed the episode with story by Derek Simon and teleplay by Emilio Ortego Aldrich & Nicki Holcomb (#519). Original airdate 5/17/2020.

Lex Luthor was revealed as the leader of the D.E.O. in the second half of Season 5, after the reality-altering effects of the Crisis. Pursuing Leviathan, the heroes' plans were upended when Rama attacked the D.E.O.'s headquarters after a confrontation with Supergirl.
