Season 5 has put Kara Danvers at odds with her old friend Lena Luthor, but the two may be on the road to reconciliation in new official stills from Supergirl.
From the season's third episode, titled "Blurred Lines," Supergirl and the rest of her associates appear to be facing an ominous threat while the CatCo staff continues to adjust under its new ownership. Meanwhile, Kara and Lena are pictured having a pleasant conversation in contrast to their earlier estrangement.

After learning Kara's identity as Supergirl, Lena began to descend into villainy and sold CatCo to Andrea Roja in the Season 5 premiere, with the new owner tasking her trusted associate William Dey to investigate the Girl of Steel. Whether Kara and Lena's apparent reconciliation is all part of Lena's manipulative plot has yet to be seen.
