Judging by the character description, Garcia will play a variation of M1dn1ght. Debuting in Kate Perkins and Sami Basri's Superwoman #15 in 2017, M1dn1ght was a computer code created by Lena Luthor that took physical form. Lena designed M1dn1ght to free her from an inter-dimensional prison. After M1dn1ght served her purpose, she went rogue. She began to kidnap citizens across Metropolis, with plans to use them as leverage.

Returning Sunday, October 9 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on The CW, Supergirl stars Melissa Benoist as Kara Danvers, David Harewood as Martian Manhunter, Mehcad Brooks as Jimmy Olsen and Chyler Leigh as Alex Danvers.
