Sundance Hit 'Me and Earl and the Dying Girl' Unveils U.K. Trailer

MTV and Fox Searchlight have released the U.K. trailer for "Me and Earl and the Dying Girl,"  the upcoming comedy-drama directed by Alfonso Gomez-Rejon ("The Town That Dreaded Sundown").

Winner of the Grand Jury Prize and Audience Award at Sundance, the adaptation of Jesse Andrews' novel centers on Greg Gaines (Thomas Mann), an awkward high school student who befriends his classmate Rachel (Olivia Cooke), who has leukemia. Greg and his best friend Earl (Ronald Cyler II), who make low-budget movies in their spare time, then decided to make a film for her.

Opening June 12 in the United States and Sept. 11 in the United Kingdom, "Me and Earl and the Dying Girl" also stars Nick Offerman, Jon Bernthal, Connie Britton and Molly Shannon.
