Latino Review has just posted the latest in a long line of rumors regarding Warner Bros.' upcoming "Suicide Squad" film, this time focusing on Margot Robbie's Harley Quinn. Umberto Gonzalez has posted a new crop of Quinn-focused rumors to his Instagram page, including a few nods to the character's roots in "Batman: The Animated Series."

#SUICIDESQUAD Pls RT! All about Margot Robbie's #HARLEYQUINN! Got a lot of requests about her so here is what I'm told. Harley Quinn has a few looks throughout the film. Going from traditional with the animated series as a reference to prison attire & in one sequence where they infiltrate a club she swears a dress. Get this, her & Joker's pet Hyena's are in the film briefly. Apparently, Harley with the hyena's are a big motif. Figured fans of #BATMAN:TAS would get a kick out of this one. #skwad #DC #dccu #dccomics #THEJOKER #jaredleto #margotrobbie A photo posted by Umberto Gonzalez (@umbertogonzalez) on

Harley Quinn debuted as an original character created for "Batman: The Animated Series" in the 1992 episode "Joker's Favor." Her popularity led to her inclusion in the DC Comics universe where she currently holds down a popular ongoing series.

Latino Review's previous rumors include info on Batman's role in the film, the Joker's influence and the film's villain.

"Suicide Squad" opens on August 5, 2016.
