"Suicide Squad" Rumor Hints At Rock & Roll Inspired Boomerang

Latino Review's Umberto Gonzalez has posted another "Suicide Squad" rumor to his Instagram account, this time sharing information from an unnamed source that concerns the tone filmmaker David Ayer is going for with Jai Courtney's character, Boomerang.

"Boomerang is very rock n roll & they're experimenting with a series of looks for him," reads Gonzalez's caption for the Instagram post. "Very hard rock influenced. Example, he wears a pantera shirt with his prison uniform plus the trademark beanie."

Previous rumors posted to the revealing Instagram feed include information regarding Will Smith's Deadshot costume, Harley Quinn's ties to her "Batman: The Animated Series" counterpart, Jackie Earle Haley possibly playing the film's villain and the biggest influence on Jared Leto's Joker.

"Suicide Squad" opens on August 5, 2016. You can see the full Instagram post below.
