"Suicide Squad Most Wanted: Deadshot/Katana" Miniseries Headed to DC in January

In January 2016, Brian Buccellato, Viktor Bogdanovic, Richard Friend, Mike W. Barr and Diogenes Neves will create new tales for Deadshot and Katana in "Suicide Squad Most Wanted: Deadshot/Katana," an anthology miniseries. The miniseries will run for six double-sized issues and feature two separate tales about two of the Suicide Squad's deadliest members.

Buccellato, Bogdanovic and Friend will handle Deadshot's story, which finds Floyd Lawton "on the run after escaping Belle Reve Penitentiary, taking on a series of new contracts and reestablishing himself as the world's deadliest marksman. But things are about to get complicated for Floyd Lawton when a figure from his past threatens to expose a dark secret... and Deadshot gets word of his next target: Lex Luthor!"

In Katana's story by Barr and Neves, Tatsu Yamashiro "endeavors to save an entire nation from takeover by the mystical threat of Kobra. But first, she's going to have to learn the origin of her sword Soultaker, if she's to maintain control over it instead of falling under its influence."

"Suicide Squad Most Wanted: Deadshot/Katana" is schedule to debut in January 2016.
