"Suicide Squad" Members Stop Causing Mayhem Long Enough to Pose For New Portraits

Jared Leto's Joker, Margot Robbie's Harley Quinn, Will Smith's Deadshot and the rest of the team strike dangerous poses in new character posters.

It's a busy day in the world of new "Suicide Squad" posters. Just this morning, the IMAX poster revealed what the team might look like as breakfast cereal, and now Warner Bros. and DC Films have released new series of portraits presents a more flesh-and-blood depiction of the DC Comics antiheroes.

Though the static poses and overly serious Hot Topic aesthetic isn't quite as colorful or effective as this morning's image or the retro-looking poster from a couple days ago, it does give fans a better look at some of their favorite characters.

Opening Aug. 5, "Suicide Squad" is directed by David Ayer and stars Will Smith, Jared Leto, Margot Robbie, Joel Kinnaman, Viola Davis, Jai Courtney, Jay Hernandez, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Ike Barinholtz, Scott Eastwood, and Cara Delevingne.
