Nanaue channels the power of ugly sweaters and awkward family photos on Tim Seeley's variant cover for the sixth and final issue of Suicide Squad: King Shark.

Per DC Comics' February 2022 solicits, Suicide Squad: King Shark #6 is set to hit comic shops on Tuesday, Feb. 15. Written by Seeley and illustrated by Scott Kolin, the issue features a main cover by artist Trevor Hairsine, which pits King Shark against the Defacer. Seeley's variant cover, on the other hand, sees the two characters acting much more friendly, posing for photo similar to the awkward family portraits that were popular in the '70s and '80s.

This "heirloom" comes complete with a flashy backdrop, a forced smile on the Defacer's part and King Shark wearing his tackiest sweater, not to mention a second, "floating" King Shark thoughtfully posing in the background. Fittingly, the official synopsis for Suicide Squad: King Shark #6 explains that King Shark and the Defacer will have to "get over their differences fast" as the "final battle for domination of all life on Earth begins."
