The following article contains major spoilers for Dark Crisis on Infinite Earths #7, on sale now from DC Comics.

The epilogue to Dark Crisis on Infinite Earths' finale sees introduces a Suicide Squad with a seemingly Joker-influenced Batman/Superman hybrid character, two different Peacemakers and a fourth mystery character.

At the end of Dark Crisis on Infinite Earths #7, Amanda Waller is speaking to the Council of Light about recent events in the superhuman community. "I originally wanted to propose to you that we offer an opportunity to work with the heroes. There are dangers coming, and we might need them. But there is no Justice League now and the heroes are left disorganized and chaotic. And I feel they only add to our troubles." Waller explains she then intends to incarcerate both heroes and villains alike; although, the Council of Light rejects this notion and instead tells her to eradicate superhumans across the globe.

Amanda Waller's Brand-New Suicide Squad

Waller accepts the offer with glee, at which point the issue then reveals her new team lineup. On her left is a character who appears similar to the Batman/Superman hybrid introduced in Batman/Superman: World's Finest #4 (by Mark Waid, Dan Mora, Tamra Bonvillain and Aditya Bidikar); although, this incarnation appears to have a clear Joker influence. The character also appears to be wielding a yellow ring similar to Sinestro's power ring. The World's Finest hybrid character was created after Bruce Wayne and Clark Kent merged together while being blasted by Hal Jordan's power ring. At the time, Hal Jordan was possessed by Devil Nezha and had trapped the two heroes in an energy prison.

Also joining Waller, who recently created her own twisted version of the Justice League in 2022's "War for Earth-3" crossover event, are two different versions of Peacemaker, one male and one female, along with a fourth mystery character whose helmet appears at least somewhat similar to Bloodsport's look. Text on the bottom of the issue's final page promises the reveal will be "continued in 2023."
