When fans got an initial look at the cast of  “Suicide Squad," there wasn't a lot of enthusiasm for the way the Joker and Harley Quinn looked. Many cited Joker's metal teeth and tattooed body as unnecessary changes to a classic villain, and reacted similarly to Harley’s ensemble calling it scantily clad for the sake of, well, being scantily clad. Despite that, the Warner Bros. film was one of the hottest of the summer, overcoming widely lackluster reviews.

Some alternate concept art for "Suicide Squad" surfaced last month, and now, another volley as been released. Concept artist Christian Scheurer posted a new batch of designs his website that includes Enchantress, Incubus, the Joker, Harley Quinn and others.

In one image, titled “Joker’s Wedding," we see a very different version of Joker and Harley than the ones shown in the final film. The Joker has seemingly lost his facial tattoos and donned a more classic look, wearing a simple duster along with a dress shirt and a bow tie. His slicked-back green hair is still featured, however.

Harley looks generally the same, although her outfit has also changed drastically. Instead of the small T-shirt and short-shorts, she wears what looks to be a black-and-red corset, complete with a short skirt. Her hair retains the same blue-and-red hues as it does in the film, although they look to be a bit darker here. While these are nice to look at, it will probably remain a mystery as to how and why the studios chose the costumes they did.

Arriving Nov. 15 on Digital HD and Dec. 13 on Blu-ray, “Suicide Squad” stars Will Smith, Jared Leto, Margot Robbie, Joel Kinnaman, Viola Davis, Jai Courtney, Jay Hernandez, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Ike Barinholtz, Scott Eastwood and Cara Delevingne.
