Before “Secret Wars,” “House of M,” “E is For Extinction,” Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine and the “Age of Apocalypse” — there was Fox’s “X-Men” animated series. Starring a cast of bomber-jacket-wearing, catch-phrase-shouting mutant superheroes fighting for a world that hated and feared them, “X-Men” introduced an entire generation of fans to Marvel’s mutants and posed one very important question: “Does a mall babe eat chili fries?” Now, as part of Marvel’s line-wide “Secret Wars” makeover, the team depicted in the seminal cartoon have returned in a digital-first comic experience filled with colorful costumes and Gambit antics.
Next week, “X-Men ’92” co-writers Chad Bowers and Chris Sims will make their X-POSITION debut to answer your “X-Men ’92” queries. Have a question for Chad and Chris? Send it in via an e-mail with the subject line “X-Position” or if 140 character questions are more your speed, try Twitter — or leave a comment in the CBR Community thread. But get ’em in quickly, because the deadline’s Friday! Make it happen!
