10 Carnage's Strength Makes Him A Match For Spider-Man
Carnage is one of Spider-Man's most terrifying foes. His symbiote allows him to indulge his blood lust and he's proven able to fight out with both the Wall-Crawler and Venom. Carnage's symbiotic strength makes him one of the toughest villains out there. It lets him fight it out with some of the strongest heroes and made his customary rampages ever more dangerous than they would be otherwise.
9 Doctor Octopus's Arms Give Him Great Strength
Doctor Octopus is one of Spider-Man's oldest villains and looking at him, one wouldn't think he's one of the strongest. He's not; the only time he had great physical strength was when he had his Superior Spider-Man body. However, even before that, his arms gave him tremendous strength.
Doc Ock's arms have let him fight with Spider-Man and his adamantium ones even let him beat on the Hulk rather easily. The real surprising thing is how well he can punch, honestly. A guy like him can take a punch from someone like Spider-Man and not go down, which is pretty impressive.
8 Green Goblin's Strength Is Greater Than Spider-Man's
Spider-Man and Green Goblin's rivalry is one of the most storied in comics, with the two of them destined to go down fighting each other. The two can battle on multiple levels but it always comes down to fisticuffs and both men are well suited to that. Spider-Man is strong but Green Goblin is stronger.
The Goblin formula gives Norman Osborn great strength while exacerbating his mental state. His strength has made him more than a physical match for Spider-Man over the years and the only reason Spider-Man has survived against Green Goblin for so long is because he can take advantage of the villain's anger.

Thor is one of the strongest heroes in the Marvel Universe and anyone who fights against him needs to be just as tough. Mr. Hyde may have never been able to beat the God of Thunder, but he's given him many a good fight. Mr. Hyde has acted as muscle for many teams over the years, even joining the Master of Evil to help battle the heroes.

Doctor Doom is a true villainous polymath, with his armor giving him all kinds of advantages over his foes that his prodigious intelligence and powerful magic don't. One of those advantages is the fantastic strength it provides- Doctor Doom can fight it out with the Thing, which is no easy feat.
Doom's armor has allowed him to win many fights over the years, with foes as strong as Iron Man and Thor even being felled by his mighty blows. It's just one more weapon in his arsenal- while Doom doesn't like to lower himself to the level of a fistfight, he has no problem with it if he needs to and his armor's strength makes him one of the strongest around.
5 Absorbing Man May Not Be Smart But He's Got Muscles For Days
Absorbing Man was once a two bit criminal known as Crusher Creel but Loki saw something in him. Blessing him with titanic strength, a magic ball and chain, and the power to absorb the properties of anything he touched, he created one of the strongest humans on Earth- Absorbing Man. He may not be the sharpest knife in the drawer but he's strong enough for it not to matter.
It's honestly lucky for everyone that Absorbing man isn't exactly the smartest guy- his amazing strength and durability coupled with his absorption powers make him one of the toughest villains around and if he was any smarter, he would have beaten his foes years ago.
4 The Rhino Is A Hulk-Level Opponent
The Rhino has been fighting Spider-Man for years and if the Web-Slinger wasn't as fast as he was, it would have been all over for him. The Rhino is way stronger than Spider-Man, though, and has found himself in pitched battles with all kinds of heroes. He's even given the Hulk a run for his money, which is pretty much top of the heap.
The Rhino may not be the fastest or smartest but he's got it where it counts; he can take hits from some of the strongest heroes in the Marvel Universe and keep fighting, dishing it out as well as he can take it.
3 Abomination's Gamma Powered Strength Is Intense
Abomination is one of Hulk's toughest foes and that's saying something. Sent to spy on Bruce Banner, he exposed himself to gamma radiation after seeing what happened to Banner and became the Abomination, causing trouble for the Green Goliath ever since. Abomination doesn't have the Hulk's unlimited strength potential but he's still plenty strong.
Against anyone but the Hulk, the Abomination is just way too much. Gamma-powered muscle is always top tier on strongest lists and the Abomination is no slouch in that department. No one wants to fight him and would rather just let the Hulk deal with him.

The Juggernaut grew up in the shadow of his genius stepbrother, Charles Xavier, something that made the abused young man lash out at the world. Finding the temple of the god Cyttorak, he became an engine for the god's power- the Juggernaut. He would quickly become one of the most dangerous mercenaries around, using his massive strength to make cash.
While the Juggernaut has lightened up in recent years, he's still known as one of the strongest villains in the Marvel Universe. It's a well earned reputation, as he's even been able to knock out the Hulk even without his armor on.

The Sentry is an extremely powerful hero with a massive drawback, his dark side- the Void. The man with the power of a million exploding suns, the Sentry is constantly at war with himself, trying to keep the Void at bay and more often than not, it's a fight he loses. That's a big problem for the heroes, as the Void gains all of the Sentry's great power.
This means he's strong enough to hurt the Hulk and rip gods in half. There are few humans on the face of the Earth stronger than the Sentry and when he becomes the Void, things go from zero to deadly really quick.
