Half-demon, half-human, Inuyasha is what is known as a hanyo. This means he possesses demonic abilities, such as superhuman strength, speed, stamina, and reflexes. All of which makes him a difficult opponent. He also has sharp claws that can be used as weapons and his sword, Tessaiga, was made with a fang from his father.

One of Inuyasha's biggest strengths is that he can transform into a full demon when he is in mortal danger, becoming even stronger. However, this is also his biggest weakness: when his demonic blood takes control of his body, he loses all rational thought and becomes a harbinger of chaos.

Bleach Soul King — Yhwach and Mimihagi

Even though he was born incapable of seeing, speaking, hearing, or even moving, Yhwach soon discovered he had the Soul Distribution Power, an ability that allows him to share a part of his soul with others and gives him the chance to heal them or even share his energy with them.

While this power makes him one of the strongest characters on Bleach, it is not enough to prevent Uryu Ishida from shooting him with an arrow of Still Silver, his greatest weakness. After this, his powers are disrupted, which makes him vulnerable to any attack.

Sakura Kinomoto is only a high school freshman during Cardcaptor Sakura, but she is one of the strongest characters in any anime from the 2000s. It is well known that she possesses innate magical abilities and that her magic can only grow stronger as she collects cards.

Even though her lack of experience can cause issues, she soon overcomes this problem. In fact, by the end of "Sakura and Ahiko's Lullaby", it is obvious her power has become strong enough for her to show the past, an ability that she shared with only other three magicians in the world and with Clow Reed.

Combining these two natures, he is able to control his Reiatsu, although not perfectly, especially after his hollowfication. In any case, his Hollow Form is far from a weakness, instead, it is a strength because it allows him to amp up his strength, speed, reflexes, and spiritual powers.

After witnessing the decapitation of his father when he was a child, Afro Samurai grew up unable to see beyond his thirst for revenge. Since he was then raised by Sword Master and Jinno at Sword Master's dojo, he trained to become a swordsman in order to kill his father's murderer.

Naruto grins and points

When his adventure starts, Naruto is a young boy with a desire to someday become a Hokage for his village and although he has to battle several obstacles on his way, he actually grows to become the Seventh Hokage of the Leaf village. On his path, he perfects his fighting techniques and learns to access hidden powers.

This means that not only was Naruto one of the most motivated shinobis in the Leaf village, but he was also the jinchuriki of Kurama, the ninth of the Nine Tailed Beasts, which means he can tap into the Beasts' potential whenever he needed to. This combined with the Sage Mode makes him almost undefeatable.

1 Kaguya Otsutsuki Abilities Are Beyond Compare

Kaguya Otsutsuki From Narutosutsuki From Naruto

Probably the strongest character in 2000s anime, Kaguya Otsutsuki is the first wielder of chakra on Earth, which she got after eating the Chakra Fruit from the God Tree. This fruit gave her god-like powers, such as unparalleled energy and strength, knowledge of several jutsu, and kekkei mora like the Eighty Goda Vacuum Attack, which allows her to materialize chakra fists to attack an opponent.

In addition to this, Kaguya wields the Byakugan in both eyes, which means she only has one blind spot: her upper thoracic vertebrae. Besides, she has a third eye for her Rinne Sharingan, which gives her the ability to see chakra, recognize genjutsu, and have an enhanced perception. This set of skills make her virtually undefeatable by any adversary in the Naruto universe, and probably beyond.
