Stranger Things has officially completed writing for its fourth season, and the writers have photo evidence.

"Stranger Things 4: the complete season," the writer's room tweeted. Upon further inspection, there seem to be nine scripts in the stacks.

Stranger Things was renewed for its fourth season in September and filming was already underway, with the cast participating in a table read earlier this year. However, production was halted due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, and it's currently unclear when filming will resume.

A teaser for Stranger Things 4 showcased Sherrif Hopper (David Harbour) in a labor camp sporting a shaved head. Although he seemingly sacrificed himself in Season 3, the ending revealed he was in a Russian prison. How he made it there remains to be seen.

Created by the Duffer Brothers, Stranger Things stars Winona Ryder, Millie Bobbie Brown, David Harbour, Finn Wolfhard, Gaten Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin, Noah Schnapp, Natalia Dyer, Charlie Heaton, Joe Keery, Priah Ferguson, Cary Elwes, Jake Busey and Maya Thurman-Hawke. The first three seasons are currently available on Netflix, and Season 4 has yet to receive a release date.
