A new promo for Stranger Things features the series' leading young stars transforming into their characters' Season 4 looks. The video posted on social media during Stranger Things Day features actors Caleb McLaughlin (Lucas Sinclair), Gaten Matarazzo (Dustin Henderson), Sadie Sink (Max Mayfield), Finn Wolfhard (Mike Wheeler), Noah Schnapp (Will Byers), Priah Ferguson (Erica Sinclair) and Millie Bobby Brown (Eleven/Jane Hopper), as they all snap from their real-life appearances to that of their series counterparts. The new looks keep in line with the show's 1980s setting, even including a nod to Marvel Comics at that time.RELATED: The Stranger Things 4 Teaser Is Missing Something Very Important

Dustin's Season 4 look will feature a new cap for the character, as well as a shirt bearing the name of the "Hellfire Club." In Marvel Comics, this is a X-Men-related group led by Sebastian Shaw and Emma Frost, first appearing within the pages of The Uncanny X-Men #129, which released in 1980. In modern comics, the Hellfire Club was the sponsor of the recent "Hellfire Gala" event, which stretched across many mutant-related titles from Marauders to Wolverine and more. In Stranger Things, X-Men and other comics have been frequently mentioned and referenced throughout the series, with characters like Dustin having a strong love for them.

Keeping in line with the '80s and similar to another Marvel property, Sink will be sporting a Walkman for her character Max in Season 4, a device that was also thrust back into the modern day spotlight following its use by Star-Lord (Chris Pratt) in the Guardians of the Galaxy films. While some of the looks for characters like Lucas, Max and Mike are rather simplistic, the attire for Eleven, Dustin, Will and Erica adopt the use of patterns and flannel seen during the '80s as well (with Eleven even having colorful Crocs on).

Of course, while not featured in the video, other characters from the series will be sporting new looks in Season 4 as well. A major appearance change will take place for David Harbour's character: Hawkins' Police Chief Jim Hopper. Because Hopper will be in a Russian prison and to differ from Harbour's time as Red Guardian in Marvel Studios' Black Widow, where the actor had long hair and a massive beard, Hopper will be clean shaven and have a buzzed haircut.

The new looks also reflect where characters will be placed in Season 4. A new teaser released during Stranger Things Day showed that Eleven will be adapting to school and public life, something that she was unable to experience much during earlier seasons, which saw her wearing whatever outfits were available to her as she was kept hidden from the world. All of these new looks can be seen in Stranger Things Season 4, set to release in the Summer of 2022.
