Starz released a new trailer for the Stephen Amell-starring wrestling series Heels.

The trailer sees Amell's Jack Spade encountering drama in and outside the ring, along with his brother Ace (played by Alexander Ludwig). The two even enter a feud that, at times, seems to extend beyond kayfabe as they struggle with their father's wrestling legacy.

Heels was announced in August 2019 and follows brothers Jack (Amell) and Ace Spade (Ludwig) -- who both perform for the Georgia-based, family-owned Duffy Wrestling League -- as they clash over the legacy of their late father. The series will also feature appearances from professional wrestling mainstays such as Cody Rhodes and CM Punk. Mike O'Malley serves as showrunner, with the pilot episode being directed by Peter Segal and written by series creator and Loki head scribe Michael Waldron.

Like many 2020 productions, Heels faced setbacks stemming from the COVID-19 pandemic, including Amell himself being sidelined with the coronavirus. The actor also suffered a back injury while performing a stunt, forcing him to miss more time away from the set.
