Stephen Amell's time on Arrow is coming to a close.
On Twitter, the Oliver Queen actor shared a new photo and announced, "Tonight is the last night I wear the Arrow suit." The image shows him suited up in full costume and standing on a rooftop, with a light blaring in the background. He holds his bow and wears black makeup around his eyes, but no mask.

In a followup Tweet, he added, "Just took my boots off for the last time."

In March, Amell announced the long-running CW series would end with Season 8. Although Arrow was originally intended to end with Season 7, executive producer Greg Berlanti convinced him to stay for a shortened final season to tie up loose ends. Before his exit, Amell and his character will have a major role to play in "Crisis on Infinite Earths," this year's epic crossover event. However, "Crisis" won't be the end for Arrow; the series is expected to air an additional two episodes after the crossover, to give it "a proper series finale."
Airing Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET/PT on The CW, Arrow's final season stars Stephen Amell as Oliver Queen, David Ramsey as John Diggle, Rick Gonzalez as Wild Dog, Juliana Harkavy as Black Canary, Katie Cassidy as Black Siren, Katherine McNamara as Mia Smoak, Joseph David-Jones as Connor Hawke and Ben Lewis as William Clayton-Queen.
