The battle between the Justice Society of America and the Injustice Society of America is coming to a head in Stargirl, with more to come after the dust settles.

TV Line reported that the first season of Stargirl will soon come to an end, but not before it gives audiences extra content in the form of bonus scenes before the final fade out. It has also been reported that there will be a surprise twist around the midpoint of the episode and at least two post-credit sequences.

While Season 2 of Stargirl has been confirmed, the finale episode will be the last audiences see of the Arrowverse for some time, as production and numerous projects have been delayed as a result of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. The Arrowverse shows will return in 2021 instead.

Series creator Geoff Johns hasn't been shy about dropping Easter eggs in the show, which he has said aren't Easter eggs but historic nods that will lead to bigger stories. The decision to include multiple endings falls in line with his stance on delivering extra content to the fans.

DC Universe's Stargirl stars Brec Bassinger as Courtney Whitmore (Stargirl) and Luke Wilson as Pat Dugan (S.T.R.I.P.E.). The series airs Monday on DC Universe and Tuesdays on The CW at 8 pm ET/PT. It also stars Amy Smart, Yvette Monreal, Anjelika Washington, Cameron Gellman, Trae Romano, Jake Austin Walker, Hunter Sansone, Meg DeLacy, Neil Jackson and Christopher James Baker.
