A charismatic character who made his MCU debut in one of the post-credit scenes of Eternals could open up some possibilities for Disney+'s upcoming She-Hulk series, which begins streaming on August 17th. Eros, known as Starfox, made his first appearance on the big screen, played by Harry Styles. Although fans have yet to know for sure if Starfox will appear in She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, it wouldn't be a surprise, given his controversial history with She-Hulk in the comics.

Starfox is the younger brother of Thanos but is quite the opposite of the purple, power-hungry warlord. He first appeared in 1973's Invincible Iron Man #55 (by Jim Starlin, Mike Friedrich, John Costanza, and Mike Esposito). Unlike Thanos, he is a charming and handsome superhero with the unique power to make anyone feel pleasure or euphoria in his presence. In fact, his parents changed his name from Eron to Eros, alluding to the Greek god of love, when they discovered his interest in sexuality. Starfox is able to manipulate someone into feeling enamored with him, or with other people. It later puts him in a tricky situation with Jennifer Walters, a.k.a. She-Hulk.

Starfox and She Hulk

She-Hulk and Starfox worked together as teammates in the Avengers and even slept together at one point. However, it was more of a casual fling than an actual relationship. When Starfox is accused of seducing a married woman named Christina Garvey, he seeks legal help from She-Hulk in She-Hulk #6 (by Dan Slott, Will Conrad, Dave Kemp, and Dave Sharpe). She-Hulk assumes he's using his powers to take over the minds of the jurors. She also suspects he had used his powers on her when they had slept together, and angrily beats him unconscious outside the courtroom.

Starfox, on the other hand, is not known as a monogamous lover, and his attachments to many things in life are just as fleeting. Even though his relationship with She-Hulk was short-lived, he learned how to be a dedicated member of the Avengers. He also had a significant partnership with Mar-Vell, a.k.a. Captain Marvel, until the events of The Death of Captain Marvel (by Jim Starlin, Steve Oliff, and Jim Novak). Because of this, he was initially reluctant to accept Monica Rambeau take on the Captain Marvel name. It would be interesting to see if some of their histories will be revisited in the MCU film, The Marvels, set to hit theaters in 2023.

During a separate trial following the laws of the Eternals, She-Hulk discovers Starfox had not used his powers to seduce her, but he had used them to make her fall in love with her husband, John Jameson. She later chooses to have their marriage annulled, despite Jameson having true feelings for her. Thanos ends up tricking Starfox into thinking he's responsible for leading Thanos on a path of death and destruction. Out of guilt, Starfox asks Moondragon, a telepathic Avenger, to get rid of his powers.

Although Starfox has other abilities like superhuman strength, flight, and space travel, his psionic ability to alter the pleasure centers of people's brains and manipulate them into feeling aroused is undoubtedly the most controversial superpower. If the MCU's portrayal of Starfox includes his complicated history, it wouldn't be shocking to see him and She-Hulk battling things out in a courtroom.
