A Reddit user suggested that, in true Star Wars fashion, the character known by fans as Broom Boy is secretly Luke Skywalker's son because of his connection with the Force. Broom Boy is listed in the credits of The Last Jedi as Stable Boy, and he's named Temiri Blagg in the Visual Dictionary; however, there is very little known about the character.

He's one of a group of children working in the fathier stables on Canto Bight, and Rose gives him a ring with the Resistance emblem on it in exchange for him releasing the fathiers to create a distraction for her and Finn. At the film's end, he listens to another child tell stories of the Jedi and the Rebellion, but once he's alone, he uses the Force to lift a broom, implying the possible existence of a new generation of Jedi.

It's supposed to be an uplifting end, implying there's hope for the future if there are still children being born with natural inclinations toward the Force. With Rey potentially reforming the Jedi Order, it's good to know that she'll have a new generation of Force users to train. While not canon, Colin Trevorrow's scrapped Episode IX even showed Temiri Blagg amongst Rey's group of new students. While he was not featured in The Rise of Skywalker, this theory suggests he could be the last one of the Skywalker bloodline.

In response to another Redditor's question about how Temiri Blagg could use the force at such a young age without training, Wheattoast2019, suggested he's Luke's son, who was perceived dead during the Jedi Temple fire. This is why, along with the deaths of his students, Luke exiles himself.

There isn't much else to back up this theory, but it would further the notion that only a select few, like those related to the Skywalkers or Palpatines, have the potential to be one with the Force. Of course there are exceptions to this lineage connection, and not all Force users are Skywalkers, like Obi-Wan Kenobi, Qui-Gon Jinn and Ahsoka Tano. Furthemore, this headcanon greatly diminishes the effect that the other students' deaths had on Luke

It also leaves one wondering how Temiri Blagg escaped the destroyed Jedi Temple, especially since he'd be approximately five based on the date the Temple was attacked and the actor's age in The Last Jedi. It seems impossible for someone that young to survive, escape and make their way to Canto Bight. Someone else could've found him, but there is not nearly enough information to backup this hypothetical, let alone the theory at large. While the theory is a fun way to give more background info to a minor character who was only seen in one film, it raises more questions than it answers.
