Fans of Star Wars: The Last Jedi eager for a little more time with two of the series' most iconic heroes, Luke Skywalker and General Leia Organa, got their wish today. A clip from the documentary The Director and the Jedi has surfaced showing a behind-the-scenes version of Luke and Leia's reunion. Naturally, things get a little emotional.RELATED: Star Wars: The Last Jedi’s Rian Johnson Reveals ‘Hidden’ Special FeatureThe documentary is included in the home edition of The Last Jedi. The conversation between the two siblings goes much as it did in the film, with Leia finally coming to terms with the loss of her son to the formidable temptation that is the Dark Side. Luke, ever the optimist, reassures her that this might not entirely be the case.

The behind-the-scenes reunion is just one such look into the The Last Jedi's filming process. Another scene showing Mark Hamill's reunion with the Yoda puppet and its operator, Frank Oz, was released earlier this week.
