"Star Wars: The Force Awakens" continues its climb to the top by breaking even more records.

After five days at the box office, the film is the fastest ever to cross $300 million at the North American box office. "The Force Awakens" closed out Monday with $288.1 million after breaking the previous Monday record, only for Tuesday totals to push it past the $300 million mark. Once again, "Jurassic World" held the previous record for fastest film to reach a $300 million gross after hitting that mark in eight days.

What's more, "The Force Awakens" has also earned the highest three-day gross at a single U.S. location at Arclight Hollywood after it raked in $715,010 at the Pacific location.

Directed by J.J. Abrams, “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” stars franchise veterans Mark Hamill, Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Peter Mayhew, Anthony Daniels and Kenny Baker, joined by newcomers John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Andy Serkis, Domhnall Gleeson, Lupita Nyong’o, Gwendoline Christie and Max von Sydow. The film is now playing in theaters.
