Star Wars: The Clone Wars debuts Friday on Disney+, and some new stills of the premiere episode, "The Bad Batch," have dropped just in time for fans to get excited. This return marks the end of a long hiatus, with the last time fans were graced with a new episode of The Clone Wars was in 2014.

The new images reveal some pretty exciting nuggets from the debut episode. First, we get images of the titular "Bad Batch," which is the name of the experimental Clone Force 99. Captain Rex and the 332nd company team up with Clone Force 99 to embark on a high-risk mission behind enemy lines in an effort to uncover the truth behind the Separatist victories.

Among the eleven images released, there are a few of Ahsoka Tano, which is thrilling for many Star Wars fans. To solidify her stature, we see an image of Captain Rex and his company hold repainted helmets as an homage to Ahsoka. At the onset of this new season, we pick up with Ahsoka after she has left the Jedi order.

Other familiar faces are Darth Maul, who is seen peering at an oncoming Ahsoka Tano, and Anakin Skywalker, who is also helping lead this fight behind enemy lines.

Premiering Friday, Feb. 21, on Disney+, the final season of Star Wars: The Clone Wars stars Matt Lanter as Anakin Skywalker, Ashley Eckstein as Ahsoka Tano, Dee Bradley Baker as Captain Rex and the clone troopers, James Arnold Taylor as Obi-Wan Kenobi, Katee Sackhoff as Bo-Katan, and Sam Witwer as Maul.
