Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker's first clip is here, and it show the movie's jet troopers in action.

The scene was released by the Star Wars Twitter and shows Rey, Finn, Poe Dameron, Chewbacca and C-3PO attempting to escape a team of jet troopers. As the two exchange fire, the jet troopers take to the air, much to the shock and dismay of the heroes.

The Rise of Skywalker is said to be the final film in the Skywalker Saga, which began in 1977's Star Wars: A New Hope. At this time, little is known about the movie, though the first trailer teased the return of Emperor Palpatine, who died during the events of 1983's Return of the Jedi. Later footage from D23 then teased the possibility of Rey going to the Dark Side.

Abrams, Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker stars Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, John Boyega, Oscar Isaac, Lupita Nyong’o, Domhnall Gleeson, Kelly Marie Tran, Joonas Suotamo, Billie Lourd, Keri Russell, Anthony Daniels, Mark Hamill, Billy Dee Williams, and Carrie Fisher, with Naomi Ackie and Richard E. Grant. The film arrives on Dec. 20.
