Star Wars stunt coordinator Nick Gillard is auctioning off several props used across the Star Wars prequel trilogy, including Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker's lightsabers from Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith.

The auction features over 110 Star Wars lots, and is estimated to be worth over $5.6 million in value. Gillard is also auctioning off prop lightsabers from Star Wars: The Phantom Menace, which belonged to Obi-Wan and his master Qui-Gon Jinn. Other props from Star Wars films and series, including Return of the Jedi and The Mandalorian, will also be on sale.

Gillard served as a stunt coordinator for the Star Wars Prequel Trilogy, which featured acrobatic fight sequences in contrast to the more measured fights of the Original Trilogy. Gillard previously explained, "We hadn't seen Jedi, young Jedi in their prime, fighting before. So George [Lucas] said, 'Can you come up with a style that's 'going to work for this?'" He also praised Ewan McGregor's work in the Prequel Trilogy, saying "He's fabulous to work with: brave, smart, a natural athlete, and he wants to get it right."

McGregor is set to reprise his role as Kenobi in a limited series for Disney+, helmed by Deborah Chow and written by Joby Harold. The upcoming show will take place between the events of Revenge of the Sith and A New Hope, following the Jedi master on Tatooine as he guards Luke Skywalker from afar. Production is set to begin in March 2021.

Gillard's auction is scheduled to run from Dec. 1 to Dec. 2 at Prop Store. Registration for the auction is currently open.
