While most Star Wars fans are focused on  J.J. Abrams' Star Wars: Episode VII, there's another big project in the works from Disney's Lucasfilm. The CGI-animated Star Wars Rebels has been in the works for a while, and we still don't know too much about it. However, the show's executive producer Greg Weisman appears in a new YouTube video to discuss the series and reveal some behind-the-scenes material.

"One of the main things our show is about -- and I'm talking over seasons -- is that we're going to show how the Rebel Alliance came to be," Weisman said of the project, which takes place between the events of Revenge of the Sith and A New Hope.

Check out the video to see Weisman recount his memories of seeing A New Hope on opening day and talking about his favorite Star Wars film, character and scene.

Star Wars Rebels is scheduled to debut on Disney XD next fall.
