The iconic Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi -- who's slated to receive his own Disney+ miniseries -- now headlines his own Star Wars: Galaxy of Adventures short.

The anime-inspired short sees an older Obi-Wan living in self-imposed exile on Tatooine, surveying the Dune Sea from his remote home to keep an eye on Luke Skywalker. As Kenobi watches the suns rise, he recalls his adventures across the prequel trilogy, from young Padawan to Jedi Knight, defending the Galactic Republic during the Clone Wars.

Flashbacks reveal Kenobi as an apprentice cutting through battle droids before his fateful duel with Darth Maul during The Phantom Menace. Other flashbacks include him leading clone troopers on Geonosis in Attack of the Clones and separate duels with General Grievous and Anakin Skywalker in Revenge of the Sith.

Galaxy of Adventures was launched in 2019 to help celebrate the history of Star Wars in all-ages animated short films, using archival audio and soundtracks to adapt classic moments. The YouTube series received a surprise renewal in March, with the second season branching into the events of the sequel trilogy that began with 2015's The Force Awakens.

Star Wars: Galaxy of Adventures is available to stream on the official Star Wars YouTube Channel.
