A rumor that Harrison Ford kissed Mark Hamill during the filming of The Empire Strikes Back has been circulating online, but Hamill is refusing to kiss and tell.Via his Twitter account, Mark Hamill shared a tweet from a fan repeating the rumor with an alleged quote and responded: "I never kiss and tell."  The quote, which is unsourced, purports to be from an interview with Mark Hamill. It describes an alleged blooper scene from The Empire Strikes Back in which, instead of delivering the line "That's two you owe me, junior" as he does in the film's final cut, Harrison's Ford gives Hamill "a quick kiss."RELATED: Mark Hamill Completely Shuts Down the ‘Star Wars Is For Boys’ Myth

Hamill spoke about this alleged smooch back in May 2019 in an interview with journalist Jonathan Capehart on the Washington Post's podcast, Cape Up. In the interview, Hamill says, "Honestly, I’d love to tell you the story and you’d think I’d remember, but I honestly don’t remember kissing [Harrison Ford]. On the mouth or on the cheek?"

The exact origins of this rumor are a mystery. A possible connection could be Hamill remarks in 2017 to The Guardian, when he revealed that he and Carrie Fisher had made out during the filming of Star Wars: A New Hope.
