What first appeared to be a teaser for Season 2 of Disney+'s Star Wars series The Mandalorian surfaced online, only to reveal itself as a joke to coincide with April 20, aka "Weed Day" (4/20).

The trailer opens up with previous clips from Season 1, with the Mandalorian and the Child fleeing Nevarro and Moff Gideon’s voiceover hinting that the Child is not what he appears to be. A few space battles later, the Mandalorian notes that "things have gotten out of hand" and that someone "cannot stay with [him] anymore."

Instead, in a rather amusing twist, the dialogue is actually the Mandalorian lecturing Baby Yoda, now depicted as a teenager, "not to smoke in the Razor Crest." Teenage Yoda, surrounded by space drugs, space Doritos and even a Teenage Groot statue, responds in standard teen rebellion fashion by dismissing their adopted father-son relationship. The Mandalorian then remarks that Teen Yoda is lucky he’s "all out of carbonite."

The Mandalorian was created by Jon Favreau and produced alongside Star Wars: The Clone Wars director Dave Filoni. Set after the events of Return of the Jedi, the show follows the titular Mandalorian, a masked bounty hunter who finds himself on the run after deciding to protect a Force-sensitive child (i.e. Baby Yoda) from the Empire remnants and fellow bounty hunters.

It’s unlikely the actual second season trailer will depict Baby Yoda or his surrogate dad engaging in recreational activities. As a troll move though, it’s rather effective on IGN’s part thanks to the use of stock footage, a classic teaser trailer move.

Created by Jon Favreau, The Mandalorian stars Pedro Pascal, Gina Carano, Carl Weathers, Giancarlo Esposito and Emily Swallow. Season 1 is streaming now on Disney+, with Season 2 slated to arrive in October.
