The highly-anticipated Star Wars: Jedi - Fallen Order video game follows the adventures of a former Jedi in hiding after the purge of the Jedi Order by Emperor Palpatine and Galactic Empire. This September, the title will receive its own tie-in comic book written by Matthew Rosenberg and illustrated by Paolo Villanelli.

The comic series takes place some time earlier, during the height of the Old Republic. Titled Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order - Dark Temple, the tie-in will see a Jedi Master and his Padawan investigating a Sith Temple with sinister secrets of its own. The plot description and cover by Marco Checchetto are below:

The Sith Temple on Korriban had played a pivotal role in the Knights of the Old Republic video game series. Whether this facility is the one being investigated by the Jedi in the upcoming comic has yet to be seen, but it will likely be more deadly than it initially appears.

Matthew Rosenberg and Paolo Villanelli's Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order - Dark Temple #1 goes on sale this September from Marvel Comics.
