The Sith are much harder to defeat than the Jedi are. They are fewer in numbers, tougher to find, and in all honesty - more powerful in general, as far as Star Wars: Legends history is concerned. Taking out a Sith requires formidable knowledge of the Force, the highest level of close combat, and lightsaber-wielding skills.
Understandably, only some of the greatest Knights and Masters in the history of the Order were able to achieve the feat, and even several of the very best have failed to do so. Here are the ten greatest Sith killers, ranked by their number of dark-sider victims.
10 Kylo Ren - 1
The sequel trilogy's Kylo Ren claimed the life of just a single Sith in Star Wars: The Last Jedi (2017) - that of his master Supreme Leader Snoke, but it was a very important one as far as the destiny of the Resistance was concerned. The outcome of it was perplexing - the reign of the First Order passed from the hands of one villain to another, and luckily, Leia's son's incompetence as a commander allowed the heroes who were fighting for justice in the Galaxy managed to escape.
9 Cade Skywalker - 1
Cade Skywalker was one of the last and actually, greatest members of the Skywalker family. His one triumphant victory was over his former Sith Master - Darth Krayt. Cade's life was a terrifying sequence of one emotionally scarring event following another. The resilient spirit that he developed through his tough journeys led him to the fearless decision to incinerate both himself and the body of his fallen enemy in order to ensure that the Sith would never return but Luke's spirit convinced him to save himself at the last second.
8 Obi-Wan Kenobi - 1
Obi-Wan has undeniably dealt a great deal of damage to the Sith Order. He has taken off limbs from the warriors who fight in the name of the Dark Side and has had an invaluable contribution to the fall of the Empire and the survival of the Jedi Order and the Republic.
For all of his achievements, he has accomplished the death of just one Sith - arguably his biggest rival - Darth Maul. It was a feat that took him quite a long time. By the time the Sith's lifeless body was resting in his hands, Kenobi was an old man.
7 Anakin Skywalker - 2
Unfortunately for Anakin Skywalker, his Jedi kill count is undeniably higher than that of his Sith one. Even so, he is responsible for the deaths of two of the greatest Sith that ever lived. The first one was Count Dooku, who was outfought and decapitated in Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith (2005). The second one was Darth Sidious, who was thrown in an abyss after Vader saw his true colors as the evil Emperor was attempting to electrocute Luke to death in Star Wars: Return of the Jedi (1983).
6 Ven Zallow - At least 2
When Darth Malgus assaulted the Jedi Temple on Coruscant, the result of the battle of the Republic was disastrous, just like the trailer for Star Wars: The Old Republic "Deceived." The defense of the stronghold was led by Ven Zallow - an extremely powerful and skilled Jedi that took down at least a couple of Sith before he engaged Malgus in a vicious duel. Their confrontation displayed the highest quality of dueling and utilization of the Force, but unfortunately, it concluded with Zallow's demise.
5 Jaina Solo - 3
Jaina Solo is the Legends' version of Han Solo and Leia's daughter. Apart from taking out a couple of Sith in a duel, her destiny involved the difficult task of ending her own brother's life that had succumbed to the dark side.
Jacen Solo or Darth Caedus was so powerful that he could successfully oppose Luke Skywalker even when Vader's son was a formidable Jedi Master at the peak of his powers. Although Jaina did receive help while she was battling her sibling, she dealt the final blow.

4 Meetra Surik - 3
Jedi have found it tough enough to take out even one Sith alone, so the feat that Meetra Surik accomplished is nothing short of spectacular. The Jedi Exile successfully engaged and took down the Sith Triumvirate members - Darth Traya, Darth Nihilus, and Darth Sion, one after the other. Surik defeated Nihilus with the help of her team, took down multiple times the indestructible Sion until he gave up and overpowered their master - Traya, in single combat.
3 Satele Shan - At least 8
Anyone familiar with Star Wars video games knows who Satele Shan is - the black-haired, Sith-destroying beauty from the breath-taking trailers online, and just how powerful she is.
Her arrival in the middle of the battle of Alderaan allowed to her make one of the most incredible Sith killing streaks, where she cut down with her double-bladed lightsaber seven Sith. Darth Malgus himself was her eight victim but she finished him later, on another battlefield.

2 Revan - At least 11
Revan's destructive, tragic, and epic journey turned him into both a Jedi and a Sith killer. Despite the long period that he spent under the dark side's shroud, he also didn't waste a second while he served the light. Sith Lords - famous and less-known, including his former apprentice - Darth Malak, fell under his flawless lightsaber technique. The exact number of his dark-side user victims remains elusive, but he has undoubtedly slain at least 11 members of the villainous Order.

1 Luke Skywalker - At least 14
Even though Luke Skywalker's most significant achievements are the defeat of the Emperor and the redemption of his father, the Sith didn't really feel how terrible it is to be an enemy of the First Death Star's destroyer until his later career. As a Jedi Knight, Jedi Master, and a Grand Master, Skywalker participated in numerous missions, wars and faced a ridiculous number of threats, including ancient dark-side users and brand new foes. When it was all said and done, Skywalker retired with at least 14 kills, proving yet again to everyone why he is regarded as the greatest Jedi ever.
