While the prequel trilogy was wildly hated for nearly a decade, a generation of fans has given the prequels a much more positive re-examination, claiming them to be far better than what elder audiences once believed they were. But, one line that just about every Star Wars fan loves to poke fun at is a line near the climax of Obi-Wan and Anakin's iconic battle, where Obi-Wan says, "It's Over Anakin. I have the High Ground."

10 Who Has The High Ground?

Who really did have the high ground in Anakin and Obi-Wan's Battle on Mustafar? On the one hand, it's easy to see that Obi-Wan was clearly had the higher ground. But, when you look at it from Anakin's point of view, he believes that he has the High Ground.

Remember when he said from what he saw, the Jedi were evil? Well, when you look at that logic, it's possible that Anakin was the one who had the high ground. It's quite a complex decision when you think about from both the's Jedi Knights' viewpoints.

Every Jedi has their own story, which is why Nintendo has decided to team up with Disney and Lucas Films to released Star Wars: High Ground and Low Ground. Both games have you witness the events of the Clone Wars through either the eyes of Obi-Wan or Anakin. If you go with the High Ground, You'll get to fight General Grievous on the back of an alien lizard, Fight Alongside Qui-Gon Jinn against Darth Maul, and Hide on Tatooine to watch Luke Skywalker grow up.

If you go with Low Ground Edition, You'll get to Pod-Race for your freedom, Murderer the Younglings in the Jedi Order, and end with you getting arm and legs cut off before Palpatine rebuilds you.

7 EA's Star Wars: The High Ground

Anakin may have the power of the Sith on his Side, but Obi-Wan has done the impossible and bough the High Ground. For only $4.99, he gained the ability to stand on a higher cliff than Anakin.

Now, if Anakin tries to jump, Obi-Wan can use the High Ground to cut off Anakin's Arm and Legs while leaving him to get burned up by Lava. Thank you, EA, for using your powers of anti-consumer capitalism to let Obi-Wan save the day.

6 Fallout High Ground

How was Obi-Wan able to chop off Anakin's Arm and Legs? Sure, he had the high ground, but there must be more to it than that. Well, it seems like Obi-Wan was able to put all of the skill points he's earned over the years and put it all into his perception skills.

This has allowed him to increase his Vat Skills and enabled him to cut those pesky body parts off of Annie. Bethesda may release buggy games, but you can't argue with the results.

5 The High Ground Is Chosen

One does not simply obtain the High Ground. It takes years of Mastery of the art. Only then can one think of obtaining the High Ground. Obi-Wan has had to go through so much to have the High Ground. He has spent years waiting for the right moment to get it.

It just so happened that the moment was during a battle on a lava planet where he fights his ex-apprentice in a dual of fates where he finally got the High Ground.

4 The Fairly Odd High Ground

Poor Anakin. After losing his mother, having his hand chopped off, and getting promoted to Jedi Master at the high council, he finally had enough and joined the Dark Side. Things seem to be looking up and up once he embraced the Dark Side of the Force. He has a much better teacher; he can use his power to save his wife and is destined to become Emperor of the Galaxy.

But, alas, the one thing he doesn't have is a High Ground to call his own. Because of that, he was chopped into pieces, burnt by Lava, and left for dead by Obi-Wan. At least he has a cool voice box and a new iconic look.

3 Pooh Has The High Ground

How was Obi-Wan able to gain the ability to obtain the High Ground? It wasn't from his years of training under Qui-Gon Jinn but a different master. Who was it? Why none other than Master Pooh.

With his small stature, he easily obtains the High Ground, similar to another Disney Master. With these teachings passed on to Obi-Wan, he's able to gain the high ground and defeat his former sidekick, Anakin Skywalker.

2 Mando Knows Who Has The High Ground

The Mandalorian has received critical praise for combining classic Star Wars Nostalgia with an Old School Western feel. Much of what fans love about The Mandalorian are the various callbacks and references it makes. In the show's fifth episode, The Gunslinger, Mando teams up with a young up income to capture Fennec Shand.

During their fight, Mando does the unthinkable and says the infamous High Ground line. Somehow, Toro Calican turns into Anakin and says to Mando that she underestimates their combined power.

1 Obi-Wan Has The High Ground

During The Avengers, Tony Stark and Loki try to one-up another by trying their best to Intimidate one another. Loki says that he has an army of disposable CGI creatures called the Chitauri, while Tony says that the Avengers have their CGI Monster in the Hulk. But, despite the immense power of an army and The Incredible Hulk, Obi-Wan has something far greater than either one; an all-powerful CGI High Ground.

If Loki or Tony think that their CGI creations can take on the mighty High Ground, Obi-Wan will point to what happened to the last man to question the power of the High Ground.
