The official opening of Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge is upon us, and three of the most well-known people in Hollywood have checked it out for themselves.RELATED: Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge Reservations Will Soon Be AvailableDeadline reports that Disney CEO Bob Iger visited the park this past weekend along with some VIP guests. This includes legendary director Steven Spielberg and Star Wars: Episode IX director J.J. Abrams, both of whom got the chance to enjoy the park before the crowds inevitably overtake it. The three explored the park alongside Walt Disney Imagineering Executive Scott Trowbridge, who guided them through the experience.Iger posted to social media about the experience, adding in pictures of the group making their way through the park. The group can be seen walking around the hangar that houses the Millennium Falcon, and sitting inside the iconic spaceship.Check out the pictures below, along with a tweet from Iger. Iger previously spoke about the size of the park, claiming it's one of the largest park expansions Disney has ever attempted.

Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge in Disneyland will open ahead of schedule on May 31, with Galaxy's Edge Disney World launching three months later on Aug. 29.
