The award for the most surprising moment in Solo: A Star Wars Story was the reveal of Darth Maul behind the film's Crimson Dawn crime syndicate. Though it was only a brief cameo appearance, that hasn't stopped Ray Park, the man who performs Darth Maul's impressive physical exploits, from hoping the Sith villain makes a future appearance alongside another fan-favorite Star Wars character: Boba Fett.

Park and Daniel Logan, who played a young Boba Fett in Star Wars: Episode II - Attack of the Clones, are good friends who spend time working out together. When asked by Nerdist if he thought it could be possible for Darth Maul and Boba Fett to cross paths in the future, Park said, "I hope so. It would be cool."

He added, "For many years when Daniel was coming over before Solo, I said, 'You never know. One day, [Lucasfilm] may do something.' Daniel is one of these guys who's Mister Natural. He doesn't actually have to work at doing anything, he can just do it. So with some work, he could be unbelievable."

Directed by Ron Howard, Solo: A Star Wars Story stars Alden Ehrenreich, Donald Glover, Emilia Clarke, Joonas Suotamo, Thandie Newton, Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Paul Bettany, and Woody Harrelson. The latest Star Wars spinoff film is out on digital HD/UHD now with a Blu-ray release scheduled for September 25.
