If you missed tickets for the event, don't panic just yet. Last year, ReedPOP -- which runs Star Wars Celebration -- introduced a system called Lyte. Lyte enabled con-goers who could no longer attend to sell their tickets back, in turn making more tickets available for purchase at a later date. It is unclear if ReedPOP will continue this practice for Star Wars Celebration 2020, but this seems likely.

2020's Star Wars Celebration takes place the same year as the 40th anniversary of Star Wars: Empire Strikes Back. It is unclear how the convention aims to mark the occasion. Notably, Star Wars Celebration takes place once every two years, but 2020's convention is an exception, immediately following the 2019 Celebration. This may be an effort to include the Empire Strikes Back anniversary in the events, but no official announcements have been made.

Star Wars Celebration will take place in Anaheim, CA from August 27-30, 2020.
