'Star Wars' Cast Talks 'Legacy' in New Video Premiered at Brazil Comic Con

Disney/Lucasfilm premiered a new "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" behind-the-scenes featurette during this weekend's Comic-Con Experience in Brazil that combined film footage with testimony from cast members old and new discussing the "Legacy" of the storied franchise and describing the experience of telling such a story anticipated by so many for so long.

Director J.J. Abrams, producer Kathleen Kennedy, and stars Daisy Ridley, John Boyega, Oscar Isaac and Mark Hamill all give interviews, with Abrams saying "It's a world I want to get back to immediately."

The video captures Boyega--who is seen breathlessly overwhelmed when he takes the set to see a physically constructed, life-size Millenium Falcon--sharing a special fan moment with screen legend and notorious first-shooter Harrison Ford. Isaac divulges his lifelong loyalty to the Long Time Ago, Far, Far Away saga, and Ridley explains what an honor it is to be part of a story that has had an impact on so many.

One cast member that fans have been keeping an eye out for is Mark Hamill, as images of Luke Skywalker in trailers and promotional material have been scarce thus far. Hamill turns up in the featurette, looking every bit the wizened, bearded Jedi, even getting the last word.

"We're going back to these stories that people feel intensely about," said the actor/former moisture-farmer, who never did make it to Tosche Station to pick up those power converters.

"Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens" opens galaxy-wide December 18.
