WARNING: The following contains spoilers from The Book of Boba Fett “Chapter 5: The Return of the Mandalorian,” streaming now on Disney+.

Episode 5 of The Book of Boba Fett saw Pedro Pascal's Din Djarin/The Mandalorian return to a galaxy far, far away, and the latest rumors suggest he might not be the only major return crossing paths with Boba Fett.

Legendary Jedi Luke Skywalker could also soon appear in the The Book of Boba Fett, according to a report from Cinelinx. The report states that an appearance from Mando's foundling Grogu is in the cards, and as Grogu was last seen being carried away in the arms of Skywalker, that would lead to an appearance from Luke as well.

The return of Djarin in this week's episode showed that Mando still deeply misses his former charge, Grogu. When the Armorer insisted that Mando's Beskar spear be melted down into armor instead of remaining a weapon, Mando asked for it to be made into a present for Grogu. Mando also told Peli Motto that he would visit Grogu soon, and as the Child is presumed to still be in the care of Luke Skywalker, any visit to him would also be a visit to Luke.

Reports that circulated late last year also suggested that Grogu has a part to play in The Book of Boba Fett, as some merchandise made for crew members allegedly featured the creature once known as Baby Yoda. Any logos or artwork featured on crew gear or merchandise usually ties directly into the show or movie it's made for, so it's unlikely Grogu would be included if he wasn't on the show.

"The Return of the Mandalorian" also saw Djarin run into some legal trouble when he took his new ship for a spin and was questioned by two New Republic X-Wing pilots. Alongside the returning Captain Carson Teva was Lieutenant Reed, played by Max Lloyd-Jones -- the same actor who played Luke during his appearance in The Mandalorian. Lloyd-Jones' face wasn't seen during that appearance, as it was replaced by a de-aged Mark Hamill, but he was the actor on set who played the physical role of Skywalker. If Luke were to appear in The Book of Boba Fett, it's likely the same technique would be used, so Lloyd-Jones might be needed on set again.

To see if Luke and Grogu do appear, keep watching The Book of Boba Fett every Wednesday on Disney+.
