A leaked image offers a full look at Ming-Na Wen's Fennec Shand in animated form from Star Wars: The Bad Batch.

The character looks more or less identical to her live-action counterpart, sporting dark clothes with orange accents and clutching an orange and black helmet. Shand's involvement in the series was first teased when she popped up in the Bad Batch sizzle reel in December 2020, and she'd reappear in the first full trailer, along with a promotional image that only showed her upper half.

Fennec Shand debuted in Season 1 of The Mandalorian as an assassin being hunted down by Din Djarin and Toro Calican. The latter shot her and left her for dead, but her body was later discovered by Boba Fett. In Season 2, it was revealed that Boba saved her life, resulting in a partnership between the two. Season 2 ended with Shand standing by Boba's side in Jabba the Hutt's palace, setting up the events of The Book of Boba Fett.
