Driver was asked how it feels to have spent six years working within the Star Wars universe, with filming on Force Awakens beginning in 2014 and the final entry in the sequel trilogy scheduled to be released later this year. "With Star Wars, I had one piece of information of where it was all going, and that’s where it has been in my head for a long time, and things were building towards that," he told Deadline.
Driver joined the Star Wars universe in 2015 when he took on the role of Leia and Han Solo's son Ben, aka Kylo Ren. The character took the name Kylo Ren after he broke away from his family and joined Commander Snoke and the First Order. The character has gone through a dynamic character arc over the course of the Star Wars sequel trilogy, and now Driver has revealed he knew where it was headed all along.
