Season 2 of Star Trek: Discovery premiered on CBS All Access last week and the premium streaming service has made the first episode of the new season available online to those without a subscription.

Posted on the platform's official YouTube channel, fans without subscription can stream the premiere episode for free. The new episode is only available on YouTube to viewers in the United States as CBS has an exclusive agreement with Netflix to stream Discovery outside of the United States.
