Stanley Tucci Likes <i>Captain America</i> Script, Doesn't Have Many Scenes

Stanley Tucci of Julie & Julia fame didn't sign on to play Dr. Abraham Erskine in Captain America: The First Avenger because he wanted make it into every scene. He knows how much screen time he'll have now, though, and couldn't be happier with the quality of the words he's been given.

"Really well written script, really well written" is how Tucci described the Cap screenplay, speaking to CinemaBlend.com. He estimated that he would appear in six scenes for the Marvel movie, but those will be six scenes featuring Stanley Tucci speaking with a German accent, so audiences should get plenty of Tucci mileage out of them.

He also has the unique honor of bestowing Super Soldier powers upon Steve Rogers (Chris Evans) to effectively create Captain America before meeting his maker, which, let's face it, was reason enough for him to accept this part.
