Comics legend Stan Lee and artist Todd McFarlane came together to recreate Lee's cameo in Thor: Ragnarok for a short video McFarlane posted to Twitter.

In keeping with tradition, Lee made a small cameo in the third Thor film, appearing as the minion of The Grandmaster who is charged with giving the Odinson a haircut. In the film, he tells Thor: "Hold still! My hands aren't as firm as they used to be. I don't see very well." Thor, in response, begs Lee's character to leave his luscious locks be. Lee does not comply, resulting in Thor's new, shorter 'do.

On Tuesday, Lee and McFarlane recreated this scene while trying to hold back laughter. Lee comes out with a pair of scissors, reciting his line, while McFarlane, playing the role of Thor, is held down as he cries out in defiance. Maybe it isn't exactly how it went down in the movie, but it's pretty close for an impromptu acting session.

In theaters now, director Taika Waititi’s Thor: Ragnarok stars Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Mark Ruffalo as Hulk, Tessa Thompson as Valkyrie, Tom Hiddleston as Loki, Cate Blanchett as Hela, Jeff Goldblum as The Grandmaster, Idris Elba as Heimdall, Anthony Hopkins as Odin and Karl Urban as Skurge.
