Stan Lee's version of Aquaman reveals he can walk on raindrops, essentially giving the character the power of flight so long as the weather conditions comply, in Tales from Earth-6: A Celebration of Stan Lee #1

Tales from Earth-6: A Celebration of Stan Lee #1 is an anthology book returning to the Just Imagine... universe that was co-created by Lee. One story -- "Toiling in the Titan's Tempest" by writer Zac Thompson, artist Hayden Sherman, colorist Nick Filardi and letterer Hassan Otsmane-Elhaou -- marks the return of Ramon Raymond/Earth-6's Aquaman, who can literally transform his body into water when the situation calls for it.

In "Toiling in the Titan's Tempest," Ramon is at the beach when a hurricane suddenly emerges. He quickly turns himself into water and begins tracking the source of the mysterious storm, which leads him to a skyscraper in the heart of San Francisco. "There's no way I'll get there before it tears the city to shreds!" Ramon thinks to himself before he pauses for a moment and reconsiders the situation. Realizing he's made out of water, Ramon figures that can potentially mean he has the ability to run on rain. He then uses his newfound ability to make it to the top of the skyscraper, pausing for just a moment to save a bystander desperately trying to hold onto a nearby ledge.
