There is still some before Spiral: From the Book of Saw is hits theater screens. While many might be expecting trailers or stills to fuel the hype for the franchise's next instalment, the horror film had something else to share with fans. Something uncharacteristic of Jigsaw, but just as horrifying in its own way.On Twitter, Spiral: From the Book of Saw's official account shared an image of Saw reimagined as a burlesque model-esque mannequin posing on top of a larger tricycle. Credit for the image was later provided. It was created by 3D artist Jason Ebeyer, who was credited in a second post from the film's account, explaining, "One of our interns said they don’t know how to delete tweets but they did find the source of this image and wanted to give credit: [Jason Ebeyer]."

Originally scheduled to premiere on May 15, 2020, Spiral: The Book of Saw was forced to delay due to the ongoing coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. May 21, 2021 was then announced as its new release date before being brought forward a full week.

Directed by Darren Lynn Bousman, Spiral: From the Book of Saw stars Chris Rock, Samuel L. Jackson, Max Minghella, Marisol Nichols and Zoie Palmer. It is set scheduled to hit theaters on May 14.
